Attic hatches perform the function of hidden access to attic spaces.

As a rule, attic spaces are not heated in winter and are not sufficiently ventilated in summer. Therefore, the main requirement for attic hatches is that the attic hatch must be well insulated so that the space under the hatch retains heat longer in winter and does not heat up in summer from hot air from under the roof.

In addition to thermal insulation, the attic hatch design must withstand fairly significant loads in the open position. When the owner of the hatch climbs the stairs to the attic, and also carries some object with him.

In order to meet the demand for attic hatches in Ukraine, we have developed our own model of an insulated attic hatch with an invisible secret hinge, closing with gas springs and the ability to decorate the hatch leaf from below with any ceiling finishing material up to 15 mm thick!

Structurally, our hatch is welded from profile pipes and corners and insulated with a layer of insulation, 40 mm thick.

In the open position, the hatch is fixed with special braces-fixators, and in the closed position - with a lock - latch.

Smooth opening and easy closing of the attic hatch leaf is provided by a pair of gas springs, which balance the weight of the heavy insulated leaf.

We manufacture hatch sizes to order for now.

The approximate cost of a hatch to the attic with a downward opening flap fluctuates within 7000 UAH for a hatch measuring 90x70 cm and is calculated individually, based on the customer's requests.
